Panda Print offers pickup and shipping options for online orders.

Local Pickup

Customers can choose free pickup from our available Panda Print locations during checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before arriving, as production times vary depending on the product.

Shipping

We currently offer shipping across Canada. Shipping times begin after your order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Panda Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to incorrect information.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
